Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday – Wednesday, 6:30 AM – 1:00 PM
- Compensation: $45 – $52 per hour
- Employment Type: Part-time to start, with opportunities for full-time growth
What You’ll Do:
As a Doctor Partner (Dental Treatment Coordinator), you will play a vital role in the patient experience, helping them navigate their dental treatment journey with clarity and confidence. Your responsibilities will include:
✅ Building strong relationships with patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed
✅ Presenting treatment plans and financial options with transparency and compassion
✅ Coordinating patient care and scheduling to ensure seamless treatment progression
✅ Handling insurance and financial arrangements to support patient needs
✅ Collaborating closely with the clinical team to optimize patient outcomes
